ERAGON BOOK 4!!
I found out about five minutes ago that Christopher Paolini has just decided to make a FOURTH Eragon book. He says that the third would have been too long to have in one book, and that now it is the Inheratence Series.
For those of you who just care about when book 3 is coming out, you will find it on the shelves on September 23, 2008, almost a year from now. :(
Please give me your reactions for this astonishing news.

hey, i think in book 4, since i've read the rest, that rorans son or daughter is going to play an important role. i also think that eragon is going to get into a fight with one of thegood people. i think that elva is going to defaet galbatorix. angela or nasuada said so themselves that elva is probably the olnley one too be able to defeat galbotorix single handedly.

Roran will b the next dragon rider bcause the green sword is 4 some1 who uses 1 shot kills and thats him and his dragon will b green
i have read the last book and i eargon kills the Razaac but i think that there will bee two new riders i agree that there might be twin dragons and i believe that arya or roran will get one but when will the new book come out brisingr left me hanging like a good book will do but i havent been able to find out anything about a fourth book and i think fans will agree that we all want to know what will happen to Eargon and Saphira

It has been almost 2 years since book 3 was released. When is book 4 going to be released??
omg cant wait 4 book 4 2 come out my friend told me about the books so i bough the first 2 but never read them thought they were boring so like almost a year passed when i got bored and read the first 3 chapters and i LOVED IT!!! now im just waiting 4 book 4 i would like there 2 be a twist in the story, like making a dwarf the new rider like orik!! =) Book 4 is said 2 come out this year 2010!!! cant wait!! =)
hi i recon that nasuada will try to kill all the riders cause of something she says in the chapter that has her as the main character. Something about she would deal with the problems they proposed.
i also rekon arya will leave with eragon because she becomes a rider a nasuada is killing them. i rekon murtague will die fighting galbatorix and roran will be left to defeat nasuada
i have read 1 and am in the middle of 2.my lib only has 1 copy of 3, though, and my friend has it! unfourtuneately, he wants to spoil the series for me. i just want 4 to be out so there's a inheritance box set (so i can own it). update this page when paolini stops giving us the cold shoulder.

im usin my sis's account and in book 1 eragon has a vision of someone crying on an island and 2 pplz leavin on a ship with 2 dragons flying above them. either eragon stole katrina from roran and roran is on the island or eragon and arya are on the boat and galbatorix is left there DRAGONS are saphira and greeen dragon ARYA OR RORAN IS NEXT RIDER GALBY DIES ERAGON AND ARYA( POSSIBLY)FLY TO A NEW LAND RORAN IS NEW KING OF ALGAESIA ALONG WITH HIS QUEEN KATRINA (IF ERAGON TAKES KATRINA THEN ITS NASUADA)

I've been waiting for years and would like to know if you know when the 4th book is going to e released. I really hate the suspense of the wait...
I think that in the forth book Eragon leaves Aligasia. The dragon riders will not rise again in the country, in order to prevent past wrongs from being repeated. As for the other eggs one will most likely hatch for arya and the other either wont or it will be to some one else, I'm not sure who. Nasuada will rule aligasia and Galbatorix, along with murtag will die. These are all ideas that I have formulated form the other books, so don't belive every word I type.
ok get this, Roran's kid is going to be the next Rider!!!!! What do you think of that? Thats what I think. But I also think that Murtagh is going to turn good, and together the trio is going to straight up own Galbatorix. Because for those who haver read Brisingr, Katrina is pregnant with Roran's child, so he/she is going to be the next and last Dragon Rider,

roran will not be a rider, that would be really cruel, because riders live forever and he would have to watch katrina and everybody he loves die. Orik will become king of the dwarves, and saphira will repair the stone rose. The dragon rider , i think it will probably be angela. arya is already immortal so why should she be a rider? I think the vault of souls holds eldaruni in it. I dont think that eragon will kill galbatorix. i think it will be someone else, like elva, roran, katrina, Saphira, arya or angela. theres also the possibility that galbatorix will not be killed, just that his magic will be taken away. Galbatorix could also be a shade, or someone will set shruikan free or kill him, and break or stael the elderuni.

ok, all you who are saying rorin will become the next rider because he has eragons blood. i seriously doubt it. its not erigons blood thats important, its broms(since brom is his fother) and since rorin is eragons cousin on his moms side he doesnt have any dragon rider blood in him. the next rider might be aria but i bet it is someone who we dont expect
ok for one roran cant be the next rider because then he would live longer then his wife and child. Arya could but i dont think so because she is to old. Elva cant either becuase she is to unperdictable and could make a dangerous enemy. orik cant either because only elves and humans are part of the bond between dragon and rider. who knows maybe a new rider will not come until the end. but i agree arya probaly does have feelings for eragon.
orik is a dwarfy so he crnt be a rider unless that weird ceromoney happens again but i doubt that very much arya has the best chance being an elf who is usually im the mist of all the going on's ect roran is related to eragon through his mother who was NOT a rider so its doubtfull it was him unless some weird old family ties that we dont know of yet in my opinion it might well be that a random theif who wanted alot of money robbed the egg not knowing what it was.
Ok i read the 3rd book now i'm DYING to read the 4th. Turns out that
a. Brom is Eragons father
b. Eragon gets a new sword
c. The last egg still didn't hatch... but the question is WHO WILL BE THE 3RD RIDER?
I think the next dragon rider will be Arya. Why? well i just have a hunch that she would be the next rider. Also i have read all 3 books in less than a week! OMG i hope Eragon and Arya get together! I think they will marry each other in the 4th book. mabye..... Anyway i think that Eragon and then break into Galborix's castle. Also i think that Thorn and Murtagh will break their bond with Galborix and join Eragon and Saphira. Also i know for a fact that they will destroy the Evil Empire in the 4th book. Also it was sad that the gold dragon lost its rider in the battle against Thorn.. CANT WAIT TILL THE 4TH BOOK!!!!
I have read Eragon #1,2 and 3 and here's what I thinks gonna happen:
-Eragon will get all his power and super knowledge from the Vault of Souls and they will be the souls of the dragons.
-The next dragon rider will not be Roran coz he's a leader and he will end up as king. It will not be Arya coz she's a girl and sad to say but there doesn't seem to be any girl riders. It will not be Elva coz I think she's got another important part to play like maybe saving Murtagh. And anyone who thinks it will be Orik is an idiot ( no offense is meant) coz he's a dwarf, scared of heights and his race were never part of the ancient pact.
-Murtagh will leave Alagaesia coz having him around later would be kinda awkward considering he killed the dwarf king and Orimis ( okay technically it was Galbatorix but still it was his body and his sword).
-Galbatorix will die ( that's a MUST HAPPEN thing)and I think he will probably lose his mind, like really lose it.
- I think Islanzadi will die and Arya will be the elf queen and maybe Eragon will meet another girl ( yeah Iknow probably not)
- Nasuada... well I dunno what'll happen to her or Elva. Yet.
- And the green dragon egg... yeah I dunno what will happen to them either.
Please hurry up and write the 4th book Paolini!
I think that Ayra will become the next dragon rider because there hasn't been a female rider yet. If it isn't her I am going to be so upset because she is my all time favorite character!

Brisingr is the name of eragon's sword, a proper riders sword, i also believe that brisigr is either eragon's true name or at least a part of it.

ok, so the 4th book will be green, "green dragon", the next rider is or might be, Arya, Orik, or Roran, and it was part of the thirt book but they cut it cause it was too long, so i guess it will come out in a year or two, so i just finish readin Brisingr, for the 3th time, and i cant believe Glaedr and his rider died ):, also, i read some stuff which im not sure of, but i THINK eragon and Arya have a baby(:, ok thats all
I personally think that Arya will be the next dragon rider, and she was not presented in front of all the eggs for they only managed to steal Saphiras.I dont think that Roran should or will be it because he seems satisfied with just learning magic and seeing Eragon with a dragon.I think it would be REALLY romantic if Arya and Eragon flew off into the sunset on theyre dragons and Saphira could mate with Aryas dragon!But i dont want to interfere with CP's stories though so if your reading this CP dont take my advice if its different from your ideas.And CP if your reading this please hurry without rushing to horribly or the story might not be as good as it could be!!!!!!! ;) :)
There is three books, I'm waiting for the fourth. The writing part is taking forever for it, did Chris write so much that he's going to split the book once again.
Ithink the next rider will be Arya and Brom is DEFINITTLY Eragons dad. I dont think Arya and Eragon will get together, remember what Angelina said??? "You will love one of royalty, but i cant decide the outcome"???? I also think Sapphire will get together with the green egg or she and Eragon will fing more eggs in alagasia or other lands. LOVE THE BOOKS CHRISTOPHER IS A GENIUS!!!!!!

Arya CAN be a rider becuase if someone is supposed to be one a CERTAIN egg would hatch for them not just a egg.
i've read all the books besides the fourth but im certin that arya and eragon end up geting maried plus i hate it when ormis and galder die but its kinda good that eragon has his elnora cause then if they need help they can ask him for it also im certin that murtag will change his ways once galbatorix is 6 feet under but to kill him eragon,arya,saphira,and galder will have to combind there strength and maybe murtag will help to then roran will be king and catrina queen

Book 4 is called inheritance and will be out on november 8th,2011
I think that Brisingr is Eragon's true name and I would like to point out a couple of things:
1. BROM IS DEAD, yes this is sad, but he is dead and will not be coming back to life. That would be stupid.
2. Neither Katrina or Roran would become a dragon rider, because they both love eachother andthey would not want to outlive eachother or their child...
3.Orik cannot become a dragon rider becausehe is a dwarf and they didn't sign the peace treaty thingy that the elves, humans and dragons signed.
4. Christopher Paolini would not kill off Saphira because alot of people would hate it and it would ruin the story.
I believe that Eragon will somehow end up killing Galbatorix and that Roran will become king.
Possibly Nasuada might become the next dragon rider.
I say Nasuada will be the next rider.
