Sixteen people gathered to hear the reading of Sam Westing's will, none of them thinking that they were really about to play a game, The Westing Game. They were paired up and each given ten thousend dollars and a set of clues. The will suggested that one of them was a murderer, and many of them lived in the same place. Everyone is accusing and ploting, trying to the Westing Game...
This book was clever, an awesome mystery, and I couldn't figure it out. I was surprised that Turtle could. It is a book though, anything could happen.
If you were snowbound with a murderer, thief, and a bomber, how would you react?
Do you think you could beat Mr. Westing in chess?
Did you figure it out before the end of the book?

I'm sorry to say I've only seen CLUE the movie which was based on the book. But the movie was pretty good, so I suppose the book would be too.
Well, the movie is good, but totally different. I probably will do a post on it.
I am a teacher now, but I remember reading The Westing Game when I was in elementary school. It is an amazing book, and I did not even come close to figuring the mystery out! I really encourage my students to read it now!

I read the book The Westing Game two years in a row and it was great both years. I am in middle school and hate to read but loved this book!!
I just finished the book and it was one of my fave books of all time.

Probably lock myself in my flat, I would be scared out of my mind!

No, definetley not!

Well, throughout the book I didn't think that one of the tenants was a murderer, but..
the book is a bit hard to find who the murderer is but once you find who it you will be laughing just like me
i want to see the movie
but i can say it is a really good book

we read it at school and one of the girls in me class actually looks like turtle with the long braid on her back she even acts like turtle
