Lunch Money

Lunch Money
Andrew Clements

Mark Twain Award Nominee 2007/08

Greg loves money. Every chance he can get, he is saving it up. When he looks into his lunch room, all he sees is tons and tons of quarters. He starts to make comics, but when one day, he has a rival company, things start to get out of hand...

Lunch Money was a great book in many ways. It showed how enemies became friends and buisness partners. There was great determination and persistance. The ending was great.

If you wanted to make money, how would you do it?

Would you sell things at school?

Would you save your money or spend your money?

Please give me your comments and answers to this post.

This book was very funny. I enjoyed reading it. I would recommend it to a lower age reading group. It is not for older kids. I thought the boy was brave when he stood up to the bully.

Junior, I don't know if you could go to work with your dad (depending on what he does) but saving your money is a great idea. You can eventually spend it on something big.
